Our objective is to provide a guide and resource for young women to  develop interpersonal skills that align with their innermost being. We aim to  help them recognize their potential and embrace their personal growth.  

Our program is designed to help women learn how to present themselves  professionally, formally, and casually, and to understand the influence of  their presence when entering a room.

When women embrace their femininity, it's a powerful force that exudes  confidence and self-awareness.  

Etiquette encompasses more than merely knowing how to use the right  utensils at a formal table. It also entails gracefully embracing one's  presence before taking a seat.

Looking Good, Feeling Gorgeous

It starts with confidence! In order to be the look and feel your best, you must be secure in yourself and your abilities. Not boastful or in a manner of arrogance, but in a realistic and humble manner that is becoming of your inner self and character.

Confidence is a pivotal factor in both your personal life and career. Upon entering a room, individuals begin assessing your presence within the first 60 seconds, forming judgments about you even before you utter a word. It is imperative that you cultivate an aura that consistently elicits a positive response. As a woman, it is essential to distinguish yourself and create a favorable first impression. Elements such as your posture, gait, voice, fragrance, attire, and interactions all contribute to sparking curiosity and encouraging others to learn more about you.

  • In session one-you will learn the difference between runway walks, runway etiquette and finishing with proper runway posture to aid in a strong runway walk.

  • In the session- you will learn what is a portfolio! What looks are needed to have a strong portfolio and learn exercises to help control your facial expressions!

  • In the final session- you will learn techniques on proper posing at the end of the runway. How to exit the runway and lastly, learn the importance of “First Impressions” and why you must make yourself be memorable.

  • The female body experiences changes consistently from puberty to adulthood. We will explore the vaginal area with all of its intricate components, rolls and curves. Learning the importance of maintaining superb hygienic care for this valuable area. While providing how to identify signs of bacterial or disease that may cause odor, discoloration and secretions.
